Strawz: Construct Your Own Drinking Straw Kit- Blue
Strawz: Construct Your Own Drinking Straw Kit is something that every kid should have and play with while growing up. There are so many more valuable lessons that can come with these straws besides just having a crazy, cool way to get your kids to drink more of their milk or juice.
With Strawz, you're not only encouraging your kids to keep their bodies hydrated, but you can also use this as an opportunity to instruct them with very basic engineering and science lessons. Because of all the different combinations of straws that can be created using these, they become more than just really, really long straws. They're a building tool! Just like any other building toy (like Legos or robot sets) these straws are another exciting way to help your child learn in a fun way which you will both enjoy.
These straws can be used with not just one drink, but two or three! This can bring out even more creativeness within your child's growing mind as they can combine different kinds of drinks and see what combinations are awesome and which ones are gross. You could add food coloring to two different glasses and watch what happens when they flow into each other. The possibilities are endless
These kits are very well build and won't leak. The only downside to them is that due to the amount of pieces, cleaning them can be kind of a pain. With the smaller pieces, you have to be cautious that you don't accidentally wash one down the drain. Other than that, I would highly recommend this for everyone. They're fun, educational, and a great way to spend quality time with your little ones.
Two videos that explain and demonstrate what Strawz are! (I apologize for the alcohol in the second video but it was the best video available for demonstrating how this product worked)
A basic video showing the parts that come with each kit
I apologize for the alcohol that is used in this video. However, it's a great way to understand how these straws work if you're truly interested in purchasing them. This also shows that straws are great for not only kids, but adults too
